What qualities would make for a good citizen in the United States with access to the Internet?

In the Allegory of the cave, Socrates explains the way we are screened by what we are only allowed to see. He imagines a situation that would we would all see the truth and share it with the others. The problem is that Socrates believes that people would not believe you. The Allegory of the Cave is applicable in the contemporary humanity. According to the Allegory of the Cave, we are living in a cave where the certainty is created by someone else. The internet can be something that controls the reality and the certainty that we are already aware of. We can only believe to the reality that is represented to us. Accessibility to the internet helps the world spread the reality and the truth. Those who have been living in the false truths will not imagine that their life has been in total lies after getting the truth (Heidegger, Martin, and Ted Sadler 2012).
