Alzheimer’s disease is a degenerative disorder that attacks the neurological system of an individual. Various treatments have been offered so far. However, new research shows that physical activity may help to reduce the effects of the disease while the illness is still in its early stages. I am personally invested in the matter because I have seen just how debilitating the disease can be. The disease takes away the essence of a person. It keeps the bodily functions alive but leaves a baby where there was once an intelligent person. The people that suffer from Alzheimer’s disease in the United States of America number around five million. The article points out that the figure may even double in the coming twenty years…….
