An outline that describes how you believe the team should proceed in handling project risks

Read Chapter. 7 Managing Risk and Reflect on the assigned readings for the week. Identify what you thought was the most important concept(s), method(s), term(s), and/or any other thing that you felt was worthy of your understanding.

Also, provide a graduate-level response to each of the following questions:

1. You have been assigned to a project risk team of five members. Because this is the first time your organization has formally set up a risk team for a project, it is hoped that your team will develop a process that can be used on all future projects. Your first team meeting is next Monday morning. Each team member has been asked to prepare for the meeting by developing, in as much detail as possible, an outline that describes how you believe the team should proceed in handling project risks. Each team member will hand out their proposed outline at the beginning of the meeting. Your outline should include but not be limited to the following information:

• • Team objectives.
  • Process for handling risk events.
  • Team activities.
  • Team outputs.

Your post must be substantive and demonstrate insight gained from the course material(Text Book), so make sure to use textbook.

Part 1 should be at least 500+ words and in APA format (including Times New Roman with font size 12 and double spaced).

Part 2:

After reviewing/reading Chapter 7 of the textbook, access any of the Project Management Journal article that tie directly into at least one highlight from the assigned chapter (Chapter 7). This paper should include at least 2 pages, but not more than 3 pages, in the narrative and it should be typed in APA formatting (title page, reference page, no abstract page, double-spacing, Times New Roman 12 font, 1 inch margins, in-text citations, etc…).

Your paper should contain the following headings:

• Introduction
• Summary of the article
• Relevant points made by the author
• Critique of the article
• Application of the concepts in the article
