Areas of Improvement
Reflections on Effectiveness
In this reflection assignment, you will look back at your discussion prompt in Module 1 regarding your philosophy of observation and assessment, the strategies you currently use to understand children, the types of feedback you offer, and others.

How will you improve these areas? You will give specific strategies for teaching yourself to be a better observer.
