The article that I identified is titled The Principles of Successful Project Management and was published on the Human Resource Management Digest journal in 2015 by Bob Little. In the article, Bob Little assesses the various ways that can be adopted to ensure that a project is managed successfully. A reader also gains a lot of insights on the various steps that can be taken by a project manager or organization to guarantee the success of a project that is being undertaken.
