Assess, Improve, and Measure an Organization’s Capacity

As an organizational leader, you have been requested by senior management to assess and enhance your organization’s capacity and effectiveness. First, assess your organization in terms of human resources (number of employees, skills, training, appropriate role), leadership impact, goals, and technology. Based on this analysis, as well as an understanding that all organizations are capable of improvement, present your research and findings of the organization’s current capacity. Then, present your recommendations to build capacity in the organization. Finally, explain how you would measure the improvement in capacity.

Prepare the topics that you will cover based on your required readings and additional research.

Then, use one of the following formats to prepare your presentation:

Prepare a PowerPoint presentation, utilizing the ‘notes’ feature for the oral part of the presentation.

Length: PowerPoint (15-20 slides, with speaker notes consisting of 200-350 words per slide);
