As you have seen, we have spent the earlier assignments looking at difficult problems… education,
health, etc. and there are no easy solutions. Even someone with the resources of Bill Gates can only
slowly direct the needed resources into the necessary direction. Given the complexities of wicked
problems and challenges facing society, how do we collectively work together to solve these problems?
Change rarely takes place in a big, spontaneous gesture. Effective organizations and progress towards
solutions take time and evolve over time. “Overnight success” often takes years to achieve and for small
successes to build upon each other.
Let’s take a look at some of these efforts and how they have progressed:

The many problems that many people in the society which usually encounter from education to health, inadequate living standards, poverty, food insecurity to mention a few they are complicated to be solved with one hand and require collectively working together in addressing these challenges. Through working together in ensuring that these issues are resolved in society especially in the developing nations, it would encourage and motivate people to work collectively in solving these issues as Marsha Wallace explain the importance of collective action. Changes in social and economic environment progress require people to come together in exchanging ideas, encouraging creativity and contribution of the minimum resources they have towards attaining one of the social goals. The importance of people coming together especially those with many resources like the developed nations and offering donations to these nations lagging behind economically tend to improve the lives of many people and help to solve problems like education and adequate………………….
