Collaboration

            In the company, we use collaboration frequently. Collaboration in my own definition and understanding is working together to achieve a common goal or objective. An effective collaboration is one whose team members are able to work together and stick to their objectives until they have achieved success. In a company I worked for before, we were a team of five employees that was tasked with doing a report on how we would reduce plastic waste in our environment. We divided ourselves in group of twos each working on one objective. By doing this we were able to come up with the report that was adopted by our local government……………
