participating in Ayahusca? We have a separation of medicine and
religion but Ayahusca is both a spiritual and medical process. What
are the pros/cons to the relationship of medical and religious

The Ayahuasca ritual is an Amazonian religious ceremony that involves the use of the Ayahuasca, a psychoactive brew that is made from a combination of Bannisteriosis caapi vine and the Psychotria viridis leaf. In addition to its use for spiritual purpose, the brew is also used for a series of other purposes such as diagnosis and treatment of various ailments, hunting, warfare, divination and as sexual stimulant. There are stages of the ritual namely; separation, aggregation and liminality.
