Organizational vision, structure, and culture are all directly related to the performance of the organization (Schein, & Schein, 2017). Vision is important in that it aligns the overall strategies of the organization towards a future goal. In this regard, vision describes the direction the direction the company is heading – its aspirations for existence. Organizational culture, on the other hand, involves the commitment of managers and employees within the firm to collective customs, principles, norms, and morals that will lead to positive outcomes.
