From the analysis of Chris and Erica scenarios, it is evident that they are facing various business challenges. One of the major challenges experienced by the two is lack of proper communication channels. Being a vital component in business, poor communication has contributed to confusion and unclear sharing of roles. As such, the employees have developed problems communicating with the two and hence the lack of organization which is dissatisfying to their customers.
