The ethical situation in this video is that the manager makes a decision contrary to his beliefs. He recommends a launch flight even after some of his engineers explaining to him that the launch might be risky. This decision is made based on one person’s notes even when the rest of the data suggests the opposite. After assessing the situation from all possible perspectives, it is clear that the launch should not be recommended but the manager allows it anyway……………….
