After reading the full chapter from page 17 to 38, I have come into conclusion that the website does not have the characteristics necessary to be readily adopted by the groundswell. The main reason for this is because the website is a social media which deals with different activities. Additionally, the website is created by two forces which include people and technology. Therefore, groundswell is used by different people including teachers, managers, and students because it contains all what is require for effective business performance. The author of the book says that it has boosted the lives of many people because it contains all necessary materials for business performance………….
