My career choice is in the hospitality management industry. This is one of the most interesting industries to work in. The field of hospitality management involves recreational activities, dining and drinking, formal and informal meetings, vacations and all sort of fun activities. The personal benefit of a career in hospitality management is that one gets to be part of making the world happy. Happiness is the ultimate goal of human beings (Burton, 2013). When one is part of what makes people happy, he or she will be satisfied, have the sense of purpose and be happy as well.
