Netflix made an exclusive licensing deal with Epix which is a premium cable channel. This was supposed to benefit both Epix and Netflix in meeting the needs and expectations of the clients alongside with the fulfillment of the goals and objectives in line with their mission and vision.  Netflix must have used collaborating conflict management style. It is also known as a win- win approach to solving conflicts between organizations. Netflix acted in an assertive way in order to achieve their goals and objectives in line with their mission and vision.
