In health care system, many challenges occur while a physician is giving care to the patients. Some of the problems hinging on morality and ethical underpinning of the practitioners’ duties. In a situation where research was done being carried out on a venereal disease that currently had no cure, some patients who participated in the research were given placebos as the control for the study. The experimental design that was employed was the randomized block in which there is blinding in the selection.
