The article assesses psychiatric care and community health by assessing some of the concepts such as determinants, vulnerability, and risk. The determinants include social aspects that determine the delivery of mental health services (Lundy, & Janes, 2016). I think the article is an important piece since it offers a lot of information about mental health and how perceptions in society have changed over time.
