Use quantitative tools and techniques in the analysis of marketing and sales data on Signify brand’s position, presence, and exposure in the market.

Discuss your analysis on Signify, based on your research. How is the company doing in comparison to its competitors? What is the current situation of the brand’s positioning and profitability? What are your recommendations for the company’s future marketing department and re-branding efforts?

Markteing Strategies and Recommendations: Once you have all the metrics, use the data to formulate recommendations. You should be able to share the recommendation, the reason why and the data or metrics used to inform your decision. What marketing strategies would you recommend for this company?

Phillips lighting is a company that produces electricity bulbs and is located in New Jersey in the suburbs of Somerset. Founded in 1890 by Gerrard Phillips, the company majored in light bulbs. The company became the leading producer of incandescent light bulbs in the global. Phillips bulbs were produced for both industrial and home use (Farris, Gatto, & Harvey). In 1983, the company brought Westinghouse Lamp which helped in increasing its market dominance. To maintain the market established by Westinghouse, Philips phased out all their brands and repacked with their own brands (Farris, Gatto, & Harvey). The high priced bulbs which were mainly sold through retail outlets and had a pre listed marketing did not yield much……………..
