Several ways are formal that can be used in solving the dispute, and each is advantageous over the other. Since the dispute between the partners has for a long time not been resolved with the use of negotiations, I would implement the use of the arbitration in this scenario. This is a method of determining a dispute that is out of court. Here the parties involved choose an arbitrator with whom they are comfortable with. The arbitrator will control the resolving process by listening to both parties and will then make the correct decision which the entailed parties will have to adhere to.
