I would choose to review section10 of the constitution .This amendment states that the United States should sign some alliance, confederation and treaties concerning importation and exportation of goods from the other parts of the world. No goods would be allowed to be transacted without the agreement of signing the treaties. The amendment I would depend on is the 4th amendment as clearly stated in section 8 of the first article. This amendment states that the coin money should be fixed in the standard measure to regulate the flow of money in the U.S economy. This amendment would have a negative impact on the businesses because business involves circulation of money around the economy………………….
