CTG Global is preparing a response to an upcoming UNOPS RFP for Global Consultant Services. One of the requirements of this RFP is for CTG to demonstrate its capability to offer services in a variety of functional business areas. We are required to provide a “project brief” of no more than 2 pages which illustrates the approach that was taken (on a particular CTG project) towards:
Planning
Strategy
Implementation
Measurement/Evaluation
And Feedback
Those five headings must form the structure of the report.
As you were a CTG Consultant on a specific program I wanted to see if you would be willing and able to write a brief on your particular project, detailing the consultant services that you provided following the structure listed above.
I would need the project brief back no later than the 18th of May. Please let me know if you would be interested in this small project for CTG. If you have any questions please let me know.
