In Chapter 13, the text talks about “Power” and “Authority”:  What is the difference between power and authority?  Is it possible for a person to have formal authority but have little or real power?  On the other hand, is it possible for a person to have real power in an organization, but have little or no formal authority?  Provide at least two real-life examples to support your answer.  Provide at least one outside reference source to support your answer (not including the text, a dictionary, or Wikipedia).
