This week we will be covering motivation. One of the things that leaders know when it comes to motivating employees is that isn’t always about the money. In fact, it is almost never about the money. Many people have left high paying jobs because the work or the environment was not motivating or fulfilling to them. The video by Daniel Pink is a good overview of the inherent motivators of individuals.
