When it comes to court procedures, both parties have to provide the documents necessary so as to support the case or the claim they are making to the judge. Failure to disclose these documents to the opposing party may lead to more charges being rendered against a party. During this time, the counsels get to know what the other party knows regarding the issues in the lawsuit.
