In 1968, Jane Elliott, an elementary school teacher, conducted an experiment with children to explore social and psychological dynamics affecting one’s sense of “belongingness.” The lessons learned from this study remain relevant today as we explore inclusion.

Conduct your own independent research of publicly available articles or videos regarding the famous “Brown Eyes, Blue Eyes” experiment conducted by Jane Elliott in 1968 so that you are prepared to participate in this discussion.
