This is a issue brief that I have to do. Needs to be no more then 2 pages with an executive summary under 150 words. Attached is all the compontents needs to be in this paper and please include all areas. The paper needs to be on relating to my picot question. The picot question is: “Does mentorship influence positive mental health in new Nurse Practitioners graduating entering the workforce in the first year of practice.”
This has to be for Nurse practitioners only. I also need about two to three references to support my topic. The references can be up to 8 years old if it is prevalent to the question. It might be difficult to find outcomes with in the first year of practice, but some studies (reachers) shows breakdowns for each year they did the study which can be used in this paper. The whole part of this paper is to show that there is a lack of support with orgainazions with new grad NPs which can lead to stress, depression and anxiety. I want to propose that more organizations such as hospitals outpatient clinics and so on could benefit from having mentorship programs. if they had mentorship maybe it would reduce stress which would then possibly increase productivity and retention for the company.
