Should parents who do not provide nutritious meals for their children be penalized? This is a question that raises many other questions on what is the right thing to do regarding the issue of child growth and development and how nutritious foods are important in this process. One question that a person will end up having is why should a parent be subject to penalties yet he is the owner of that child or has the sole responsibility of that child as the parent. Is it not the parent’s decision on what foods to feed and what not to feed the children without any intervention from outsiders? Why then should the law have restrictions on what the parents deliver to their parents?……………
