- Review the instructions for our second assignment, the Internet Resource Guide (Links to an external site.). The genre for this assignment will probably be unfamiliar to you, so I am providing an example Internet Resource Guide
. As you look at the sample, consider the questions included. You do not have to submit your responses, but I encourage you to look carefully at the sample and think about how it functions (the questions will help you do this). If you have questions about the assignment, post them to the Internet Resource Guide discussion forum. - Fill out the Internet Resource Guide planning worksheet and upload it to the drop box.
- Identify and abstract at least three sources. Submit your three drafted abstracts to the Abstract Exchange Discussion Forum.

The audience for my guide will be for first-year engineering students who are not sure of the particular discipline they would like to specialize on. Specifically, the guide will provide an overview of the major courses in electrical engineering that are being offered at the Penn state university. I intend to develop a homogenous guide that will be easy for the freshmen students to understand
