The hospitality industry mainly includes activities such as lodging which ensure that the welfare of guests in well taken care of by the employees of such institutions. The most important aim of this particular part of the hospitality industry is normally to ensure that guests get great accommodation which guarantees them of a safe and clean place to sleep. The outlook of the hotels also helps boost the number of clients who they receive in their hotel rooms (AHLA, 2018). However, it is possible that the management of these lodging institutions focuses so much on the welfare of their clients which lead to them forgetting about the welfare of their employees.
