This memo is meant to address Mr. Carlos Nigel’s concerns about his privacy rights and subsequent termination of employee. Majority of the laws and statues covering employee privacy rights does not apply in the workplace. The law permits the employer the right to monitor the activities of their employees while they are the workplace.
