Rules are set to avoid ignoring specific behaviors, no matter how they are objectively understood. The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed a lawsuit against Aqua Resources, Inc., a Delaware domestic corporation that offers wastewater and water service through operating and maintenance agreements with municipal agencies and other parties close to the utility service territories for the company. The company provides, through an intermediary, sewer, and water line repair service and protection solutions to families. Aqua Resources Inc. went against the federal law by exposing black employees to a racially hostile work environment and irregularly dismissing a foreman in retaliation for making a complaint concerning the harassment. A white foreman and white superintendent repetitively made racially derogatory jokes and offensive comments to an African-American foreman and black employees, including calling them racial sobriquets, for instance, “boy,” n—-r,” and “monkey.”…………….
