A case study conducted in Pakistan by Jafree et al. (2015) examined the hidden curriculum aspects which encouraged ethical violations in the clinical setting, through the ‘life-world’ experiences of different medical practitioners. From the four pre-existing nursing code of ethics groupings, the study found ten sub-categories.
