Scenario: You are working for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), when you receive a call. The call is from a worker who wants to report a violation at their workplace. You now have to perform a formal investigation!

1) Identify the violation (not supplying PPE, a chemical hazard, unsafe environment, etc.)

2) Write a report explaining the incident/violation.
3) Explain long term health risks, if you choose something where health can be impacted. (i.e. asbestos exposure).
4) Implement the new safety standards and regulations, preventative actions and training.

This an open assignment that I want you all to have fun with! There are not a whole lot of guidelines, other than you still have to put effort in. Think of this as the Mad Libs of risk assessments!
