You get to work and see that your boss has posted a sign in the window that states, “Any officer of the law who shoots and kills one of these criminals will receive a $5,000 reward.” When you first see the sign, your initial impression is that this will be a good deterrent to the burglars, but as the day goes on, you begin to have second thoughts about such a statement and whether there are any laws that would apply. You are concerned about how customers will react to this sign, and you want to talk to your boss but are not sure what to say. At first when I saw the post, it came to me as a joke that the manager was trying to make for anyone associated with theft. As time went by, I came to realize that the manager was very seriously after he called up a meeting in his office for all officers. For this reason, I saw the post as an advantage at first and later I came to realize that the post had some cons. The main reason for this is because the people who were posted in the post were some of my best friends who we have worked with them for many decades. For this reason, after performing a research concerning the main reason for the post, I came into realization that the colleagues were associated with the death of our famous leader who had ruled the community for more than four years…………………
