explain why legal rules may be insufficient for fulfilling ethical responsibilities

Business Law and Ethics

You will explain why legal rules may be insufficient for fulfilling ethical responsibilities. Identify a case/instance in which a business person has done something that is legally permitted, but is ethically wrong, and also identify a case/instance in which a business person has acted in a way that is legally wrong, but ethically right. Describe the ethical issues in each case and the outcome of the person’s decision. You will need to do research on the cases and principles that you document and incorporate citations to appropriate resources that support/provide evidence for what you write.

Thus, you will prepare your bullets (talking points) with APA-formatting and with references.
