Describe family law.

Family law can be defined as the area of law that deals with family related activities and domestic relations including civil unions, marriage, and more so domestic partners. For this reason, marriage can comprise of different activities which affect its performance and this is the reason why there are different issues associated with the families which may have negative or positive impacts. First and foremost, legitimacy, spousal abuse, surrogacy, child abduction, adoption and child abuse are some of the issues which happen in a marriage of two spouses (Hasday, 2014). These issues may lead to negative impacts if not correctly handled and this is the reason why termination of the ancillary matters including annulment, alimony, divorce, parental responsibility orders, property settlement, and child custody may affect the marriage……………………..
