I agree with my colleague that the primary topic is the selection of who to fill the vacant therapist position. Both parties have different views and interest with Jim, Keith, and John suggesting the internal recruitment of hiring a current trainee while Celestial, Karl, and Laura propose that they can find a better person from the external sources.
