Having a reliable network is extremely important to the success of any business in today’s world. Think about how much we depend on computers in our daily lives. Imagine what would happen if a business had a very weak network where the company’s computers were very slow. How would this type of weak network impact customers, sales, ordering of product, marketing and all other realms of the business? Have you ever been in a situation where a business’ computers where down? How did the store handle customers without functioning computers? In this discussion, I pictured a business which had a very weak network and where the computers were very slow. Such a scenario is one that is bound to have many negative impacts on the organization and its operations. Such a network could have numerous impacts on consumers, marketing, sales, ordering of products, and other areas of the business. When consumers make orders for products and services that the company provides to the market, there is bound to be a lot of delays. Such delays mean that customer orders would not be met according to the expectations of the clients (Anandarajan, & Simmers, 2013).
