Explanation of the correlation between the model used and the type of employee is included. 36 21 You provided a detailed discussion.  The instructions were to : Discuss which model will be most appropriate for staffing each group: ethnocentric model, polycentric model, or global model? The discussion did  identify models and correlate the model between types of employees. This section has five basis requirements, identify models, match model with staffing level, specific and clear linkage, explain correlation between models and linked to type of employee. The models was(ethnocentric) not defined in terms of the global markets, the corrections between the models was in accurate. Three of the five requirements were met (3/5) of the points are being awarded.
The justification for choosing a model is specific, clear, and accurate. Reasons given demonstrate why the specific model was chosen. 52 20 You did not select model and support your selections. Two different models were recommended at points in the paper. This section has four requirements, selection, justification, clear, accurate, and demonstrate why model was chosen. The four requirements for this section were not satisfied. One model was not selected, it was not clear, and justifications were not supported by research.
