I agree with the extent in looking at this being for both the employee and company equally. Group and companywide incentives are easier to create and maintain. This could provide security to the employees that the stimulus plan won’t go away. I do acknowledge the fact that there can be free riders in the system but the pros outweigh the cons with the establishment of the sense of teamwork with this plan.
