Many creation stories indigenous and otherwise share similar themes and elements. The Aztec creation story and the biblical creation story also share some common elements. The Aztec creation story is also referred to as the story of the five suns (Rohmer, Anchondo & Carrillo, 1988). The first of these elements is birth.
