And history affects identity for the self and those you’re leading.

- Upon reflection, how do these three histories affect your identity in terms of your beliefs, customs, and values?

- Based on the totality of your cultural identity, how does this influence or affect your leadership style? What are the opportunities and barriers posed for cross-cultural leadership?
