The basic ethic industrial democracy states, some industries base ethical starting points from organized labor laws from which they get to compete while to other industries this form of trade-off is not implied. This all originated from trade unions having the need to resist organizations from long working hours and unsafe working conditions. We could not all view industries as equals due to the nature of goods produced. Some goods have a high value to consumers in general, for examples food and beverage companies
