It was found in 2014 by Liz Wessel and JJ Fliegelman who were graduates from University of Pennsylvania, and the site went live on 1st September 2014.The website initially focused on connecting students with part time and temporary jobs and later it expanded  to get college students and recent graduates to get hired. It connects the employers to the candidates based on the skills , experience and interests that the candidate has. WayUp offers internships and jobs from over 20000 employers and helps the students and recent graduates to succeed in their careers. It is a platform where students can give their personal details that Wayup will use to find the best jobs for them……………..
