Interview someone who works about the ethical issues they face on the job or see others face. Ask about how those issues get resolved and if your interviewee believes they are resolved fairly.

Code of ethics is a set of guiding principles used by organizations to maintain their moral compass. In the event of ethical dilemmas, companies ought to consider what illegal, legal is and what is deemed inappropriate relative to the code of ethics. For this assignment, I interviewed John Stones, an HR manager at his workplace who deals with ethical issues. According to Stones, there are different ways of solving moral problems. John stated, “When an ethical dilemma emanates, we first determine its legal basis, code of ethics infringed and what is best for the persons involved.” John highlights that all employees are required to follow organizational policies. With this, ethical issues are resolved by determining which corporate policies were infringed. Some of the resolution approaches used are mediation and negotiations, mainly when the problem involves one or two employees. Through the use of these approaches, the ethical issues can be resolved by ensuring that the interest of both parties is taken into consideration……….
