The health care system is changing through innovation, so are the roles of nurses. Traditionally, nurses used to care for patients at bedside; however, their roles have evolved significantly to include authentic leadership and research. One cannot underestimate the roles of nurses in research because they are the ones who come in contact with patients and deal with them on a personal level. For instance, if a patient goes in a hospital for surgery, the doctors may deal with the surgery, but it is the nurse who will take care of the patient until he or she recovers…………
