The juries are against a homosexual because of several bias rulings that have been impacted by the suspect’s sexual orientation. In his article, Saenz explains an instance whereby a man was sentenced to death following the fact that the juries thought that he would ‘enjoy’ being in men prison (Saenz, 2019). Their decision was based on the fact that they thought the man was a homosexual. There other cases whereby some of the suspects have received biased ruling following their sexual orientation.
