Leadership entails understanding, encouraging and helping who one is working with. It entails the capability of a leader is in a position to lead workers towards efficient performers. Leadership is essential as it can either positively or negatively affect work performance. I took a leadership test online which was fee called the, “Leadership Legacy Assessment Test: Identifying Your Instinctive Leadership Style” (Robert et al., 2011). Results. From leadership assessment, the results that I attained were out of 25 for each category.  In the ambassador part, I scored 19 points out of 25. Ambassadors have the capacity of handling various situations with grace. In the advocate part, I attained a score of 16 out of 25 where the advocated act as a spokesperson for a given group (Robert et al., 2011). They are logical, persuasive, rational as well as articulate. They apply b approaches that are both linear and non-linear. The people mover section I attained 11 points here instinctively the people movers take leadership in building teams. They are also mentors and have a vast contact list as they often introduce new individuals to new life paths as well as ideas. They also care and mind about the life of their workers even outside the workplace…………
