Answer preview…………

Any organization is bound to experience some level of waste on some of its processes, whose management could improve the level of efficiency therein (Kleindorfer, Singhal, & Van Wassenhove, 2005). Space is one of the most common types of waste, as the different employees put some of the resources used in the production process. Additionally, overproduction could also be a challenge, where some of the materials are processed multiple times, despite their use in similar processes. This is especially common with hard copies of various documents. Additionally, the possibility of defects also increases the waste levels within businesses, since some of the defective products may be irreversible to a usable state. Ultimately, appropriate communication could reduce these three forms of waste by allowing various employees to understand what is available, reducing the chances of over processing, inappropriate document placement, or production of defective products………….
