How Learning Activities Address Developmental Domains and Learning Styles
Choose an activity that you would do with children between the ages of 3 and 6 in a classroom setting. Explain which two developmental domains this activity addresses and how it addresses these domains. Discuss which learning style(s) the activity addresses and how. When responding to your classmates, elaborate on which other developmental domains could be addressed with the activity or on how to add to the activity to address other domains and/or learning styles.

Developmental domains and learning styles are very critical to children between the ages of 3 years and 6 years since they affect them in a classroom setting. In addition, learning domains are normally referred to as learning outcome categories since they determine which various representational modes, assessments, and activities are optimal to the learning outcome desired. There are two developmental domains, which such children require, and they include cognitive domain and the affective domain (Gordon & Browne, 2011).
